Rock Vegas

From plain spins to a jungle

Five reels with three rows each spin across a jungle and Stone Age setting, using 20 fixed paylines. Wins are paid from the leftmost reel to the right, so two matching symbols on adjacent reels already pay. Symbols include Caveman, White tiger, Lizard, Woolly mammoth and the card faces A, K, Q, J and 10. A BONUS rock can land on any row of all five reels.

Three or more BONUS rocks start the Mega Hold and Spin feature after line wins are paid. Respins begin at three and reset whenever a rock lands. Same-colour rocks in a 2x2 block merge into a big rock with a 5x-10x multiplier, and a 3x3 block gives 35x-500x. Keyed rocks feed a trail whose chests pay a multiplied rock value, 0.5x to 500x.

Know before you bet

Five stages from wager to bonus

Most players worry about cost before the first spin, so every step shows its bet.

  1. Range from A$0.20 to A$240

Each round starts with a bet between A$0.20 and A$240, chosen before the first reel stops. The paytable is shown at A$0.20, so a larger bet raises every win in money.

  2. Rock Vegas wins from the left

Symbols pay from the leftmost reel across adjacent reels on 20 fixed paylines. Two matching symbols from the left can already pay, and the game has no WILD symbol.

  3. Line wins first, then the rocks

The BONUS rock can land on any row of all five reels. Three or more anywhere on the grid start the Mega Hold and Spin feature once line wins are paid.

  4. When the bonus round first opens

The round opens with 3 respins, and every new rock resets the count to 3. A 2x2 cluster of same-colour rocks becomes one big rock with a random 5x-10x multiplier.

  5. Budget and helpline numbers

Set a budget before the first spin and stop once it is spent. If you need help, the National Gambling Helpline is on 1800 858 858.

Feature guide

Bonus rules you can follow step by step

The most common worry is when the respins stop, and what starts the round.

Big multipliers up to 500x

Three or more BONUS rocks on the grid start this round after line wins. Respins start at 3 and reset to 3 whenever a rock lands. A 2x2 same-colour cluster gives a random 5x-10x multiplier; a 3x3 cluster gives 35x-500x. It ends when respins run out or the grid fills.

Base Game spinsBig rock multipliers

Left reel first, then the rest

Each spin lands symbols on the 5x3 grid, across 20 fixed paylines. Symbols pay left to right on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost reel. No WILD symbol appears in this version. BONUS rock can land on all 5 reels, in any row.

Rock Vegas payback settings and what they cost

Each spin on the reels returns a share of the stake to the player over time. The table shows that share for every A$100 staked. The version Skycrown runs appears in the game rules.

Bonus timing and single-session outcomes

Each spin lands a new set of symbols on the five reels, and the bonus rock can appear on any of them. How often three or more rocks arrive and start the Mega Hold and Spin feature is not known in advance. One session's result is random, whatever the RTP of 96.64 says about the long run.

When the reels stop, each result follows the RTP version the game runs, and that version is shown only in the game rules. The table on this page gives the RTP in money for A$100 staked, so you can read the rules and the table side by side.

Big rocks and chest awards can lift a round sharply, yet the maximum win is a ceiling reached very rarely. It is a multiple of the bet, so the money it means grows with the bet size. Plan each session around the bet and the time you want to play, not around the top prize.
